All four have an Alexa button for voice. The Lite has no TV controls. The standard Alexa Voice Remote adds TV power and volume. The Enhanced remote adds more buttons. The Pro adds a remote finder, backlit keys and programmable buttons. You can also search by voice from your phone with a remote app such as Kliky.

Which one came with your Fire TV is listed in which remote each Fire TV uses.
What you can say
Hold the Alexa button and speak; you do not say “Alexa” first. Typical requests: find a title, actor or genre, open an app, play, pause, skip forward by a number of minutes, switch input on a Fire TV smart TV, or check the weather. With TV control set up, “volume up” works too.
Remote finder on the Pro
Say “Alexa, find my remote” to an Echo speaker or use the Fire TV app, and the Pro remote plays a sound. The range is about 30 feet and the Fire TV has to be on. No other Fire TV remote can be found this way.
Voice search from your phone
A remote app uses the phone’s microphone, so voice search does not depend on the plastic remote working. In Kliky, open the Fire TV’s remote and tap the microphone. The phone and the Fire TV must be on the same Wi‑Fi.
Alexa button not responding
Voice needs a paired remote, good batteries and an internet connection on the Fire TV. If the buttons work and voice does not, pair the remote again by holding Home for 10 seconds. Otherwise start with Firestick remote not working.
