Remote control for Sharp smart TV
Sharp smart TVs come as Sharp Roku TV and as AQUOS models with Google TV or Android TV. The Home screen shows which. Kliky finds the TV on your Wi‑Fi and shows the matching remote.
Sharp Roku TV remote
A Sharp Roku TV is controlled like any Roku TV, with volume, power and inputs from the phone. Any Roku TV remote works as a replacement, and infrared universal remotes that list Roku TV work as well. See universal remotes for Roku.
Sharp TV remote not working
Replace the batteries first. A Sharp Roku TV remote without a microphone button is infrared: point it at the front of the TV and clear anything in the way. A Sharp voice remote is paired: on a Roku TV hold the pairing button, or Back + Home, for 5 seconds; on an AQUOS with Google TV pair it under Settings › Remotes & Accessories. Unplug the TV for a minute if it still ignores the remote.
More detail is in Roku remote not working and Google TV remote not working. Older AQUOS sets with a plain infrared remote work with a universal remote that lists Sharp.
Sharp AQUOS with Google TV
These pair with a code shown on the screen, like any Google TV or Android TV.
