How to cancel your Kliky subscription

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions, then Kliky.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On Android

Open Google Play › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Kliky › Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. It keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store settings above.

If that didn’t work

• No Kliky row on the Subscriptions screen. You’re signed in with a different Apple Account or Google account than the one that bought Premium. Switch accounts and try again.
• Premium came through Family Sharing. Only the family member who bought it can cancel it.
• You still see charges after canceling. Check which account the receipt email names. The charge belongs to that account.

What happens to Kliky after I cancel?

You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that Kliky switches to the Free plan: the remote keeps working, and your saved TVs stay where they are. Premium features switch off and ads return.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are decided by Apple and Google, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play’s order history, using the account that made the purchase.
