How to request a refund

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are decided by Apple and Google, not by us. Request one from the store with the account that made the purchase.

App Store

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund” and select the Kliky charge.

Google Play

Open Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history, select the order and choose Report a problem or Request a refund.

Also cancel

A refund does not stop future renewals. Cancel the subscription as well.

If something went wrong on our side

Tell us at support@orvanta.limited what happened. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves, but we can look into why it happened.
