Kliky can’t find my TV

Kliky sees only TVs on the same local network as your phone. Check that both are on the same Wi‑Fi, turn off VPN, allow Local Network access on iPhone, make sure the TV is on and online, then restart the TV.

Updated

Check these first

  • The phone is on Wi‑Fi, not mobile data.
  • The phone and the TV are on the same network name, not a guest network.
  • VPN is off on the phone.
  • On iPhone, Local Network is allowed for Kliky (Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network).

Check the TV

  • Is it on? A TV in deep standby drops off Wi‑Fi. Turn it on with its button.
  • Is it online? Open a streaming app on it. If nothing loads, the TV has lost Wi‑Fi.
  • Roku: Settings › System › Advanced system settings › Control by mobile apps › Network access must be Default, not Disabled.

Restart

Unplug the TV for a full minute. Restart your router, wait for Wi‑Fi to return, and reopen Kliky. This fixes most cases where it “worked yesterday”.

Still not found

If the TV is offline, Kliky cannot reach it until it is back on the network: see connect a TV to Wi‑Fi without a remote. The full checklist is in remote app can’t find your TV. Otherwise write to us with your TV brand and model.
