I changed my Wi‑Fi, router or moved house

After a network change, connect the TV to the new Wi‑Fi first, then join the same network on your phone. Kliky finds the TV again; some TVs ask you to confirm the connection once more.

If you still have a remote

Connect the TV to the new network in its settings, then open Kliky on the same network.

If you have no remote

Kliky cannot reach a TV that is not on any network. Use a USB keyboard or mouse, an Ethernet cable or the hotspot method: connect a TV to Wi‑Fi without a remote.

Before you switch routers

While the old Wi‑Fi still works, use Kliky to open the TV’s network settings and join the new network. It saves the trouble above.
