Which onn. remote do you have?
onn. Roku TV remote: purple directional pad; most are simple infrared remotes with nothing to pair.
onn. Google TV box or stick remote: small, with a Google Assistant button; it is a Bluetooth remote.
onn. Google TV streaming box or stick
The remote of an onn. streaming box is a Bluetooth voice remote. Hold Back + Home until the light on the remote starts to blink, close to the box, and wait for the pairing message. Power the box from its wall adapter rather than a TV USB port.
Fixing the onn. remote
Replace both batteries, then point the remote at your phone’s front camera and press a key. A flash on the phone screen means the remote sends infrared; a voice remote may flash only on Power.

If nothing changes, unplug the onn. TV for a minute. A TV that has frozen ignores a working remote.
The buttons on the onn. TV itself
The button on an onn. TV is under the logo on the bottom edge, or on the back near one side. An onn. streaming box has no navigation buttons of its own.
Use your phone as the onn. remote
- Install Kliky from the App Store or Google Play.
- Connect the phone to the same Wi‑Fi as the TV.
- Pick the TV in the list. An onn. Roku TV connects with no code; an onn. Google TV box shows a six-digit code.

Replacing an onn. remote
Walmart sells both replacements. An onn. Roku TV works with any Roku TV remote. The onn. Google TV streaming devices use their own Bluetooth remote, and a remote from an onn. Roku TV will not work on them.
