Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by the app. Cancel under Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions on Android, at least 24 hours before the renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel. For a charge you did not expect, request a refund from the store.
- Open your subscriptions
- Cancel
- Request a refund if needed
Cancel the subscription
- iPhone: Settings › tap your name › Subscriptions › select the app › Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
- Android: Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › select the app › Cancel subscription.
Do it at least 24 hours before the trial or the period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Ask for a refund
Refunds are decided by the store, not the developer. On Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund” and select the charge. On Google Play, open the order in your payment history and choose Report a problem or request a refund. Explain briefly what happened; requests made soon after the charge have the best chance.
What to check before installing a remote app
- The in-app purchases list on the store page shows every price the app can charge.
- Trial length and what follows. “3 days free, then weekly” means the first charge comes after three days and repeats every week.
- What works without paying. Some apps lock every button behind the paywall.
- Whether it supports your TV. A common complaint is paying for an app that then does not work with the TV in question. Test the basic remote first.
How Kliky handles it
Stated plainly, since this page is on our site: Kliky is free to download and its remote works without a subscription. Extra features are offered as an optional subscription inside the app, where the terms are shown before you confirm. The steps to cancel are in Help.
