Before you start
- The TV or streaming device is switched on and connected to your Wi‑Fi.
- Your phone is on that same Wi‑Fi network.
- You can see the TV screen, because most TVs ask you to confirm the connection.
Steps
- Open Kliky.
- Allow access to devices on your local network if your phone asks. Without it Kliky cannot see the TV.
- Pick your TV from the list of devices Kliky finds.
- Confirm on the TV. What you see depends on the TV, see the table below.
What the TV asks for
| TV or device | What appears | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Samsung | An “Allow” message | Choose Allow |
| LG | A prompt, or a PIN | Accept, or type the PIN in Kliky |
| Sony, Google TV, Android TV, Chromecast | A six-digit code | Type it in Kliky |
| Fire TV | A four-digit code | Type it in Kliky |
| Vizio | A four-digit code | Type it in Kliky |
| Roku and Roku TV | Nothing | It connects straight away |
No remote to press Allow with? Use the button on the TV: see how to press OK on a TV without a remote.
Next time
Kliky remembers the TV and reconnects by itself when your phone is on the same Wi‑Fi. If the TV does not appear, see Kliky can’t find my TV.
