Accounts and your data

Kliky needs no account. The app collects device identifiers, usage and diagnostic data and attribution data, and does not need the content shown on your TV for that. The Privacy Policy lists what is collected.

There is no Kliky account to create and no TV maker’s account to sign in to.

What is collected

Device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, usage events, attribution data, purchase events and crash diagnostics. If you use AI Advisor, the preferences you enter are sent to OpenAI to generate the recommendation. TV discovery and control information is processed on your phone and local network where technically possible.

Permissions Kliky asks for

  • Local Network: to find and control TVs on your Wi‑Fi.
  • Microphone: for voice search, when you use it.
  • Photos: for Photo and Video Cast, limited to the items you choose if you prefer.
  • Screen recording: for Screen Mirroring, while it is running.

Removing your data

Deleting the app removes what it stored on the phone. On the TV, remove your phone from its list of connected devices. More in the Privacy Policy.
